Terms and Conditions
By paying for your gecko (wholly or in part) it is assumed you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
All geckos are sold in good health, eating, shedding and doing all the things they should unless you are otherwise informed. Your gecko will be stressed by the moving process and by putting it into a new enclosure so it is not uncommon for them to go off their food for a period of up to a month.
It is understood by us that you have basic knowledge and can provide for all of your new geckos needs. There is a care section on this website and we ask that you refer to it to make sure you know how we keep our geckos and what your animal is used to. We reserve the right to ask to see the intended enclosure your new gecko will be living in.
Tail Drops
If you have paid a deposit or have a payment plan and whilst in our care your gecko drops its tail you will be notified but as it does not effect the character or health of your gecko we will NOT refund you either wholly or partially. A dropped tail does not effect a gecko's value.
Sexing
A gecko's gender is guarenteed only if purchased as such, probable female does not guarantee it is female. If you receive your gecko and find it is not the gender expected we will work with you to resolve this. Any unsexed or hatchlings will not be sold as a guaranteed sex.
Colour and Morph
We do our best to provide you with clear photos of your gecko and these will be in no way altered. That said different lights and different conditions can vastly effect the colour of your gecko so no gecko should be purchased solely on the colour you see on your device screen as this can change as the gecko grows and changes.
Payment
Payment should be made in full before we will release any gecko to you. This can be done by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash, we do not accept cheques or money orders.
Deposit
A 50% deposit can be made to hold any available gecko for 14 days, after this period a further deposit can NOT be made to further hold the gecko it should be paid for in full or will be offered for resale unless the gecko is no longer for sale due to an issue with its health or another issue on your end.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE GECKO DIES IN OUR CARE
Payment Plans
If the gecko is over £150 we will consider payment plans of not more than THREE months. Payments will need to be made regularly during this period on an agreed date. Failure to make a scheduled payment will result in the plan being forfeited and the gecko being released for sale.
Shipping
We will endeavour to help you with shipping but cannot at this time guarantee a service.
You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping and we will work with your chosen courier as much as we can to make this happen smoothly. We suggest your gecko is insured for shipping and DO NOT take any responsibility for it during this process. We will not refund you partially or wholly if your gecko dies during shipping or drops its tail. We will not take responsibility for your gecko if it is lost in shipping once it has left our hands we have no more liability for it. The gecko must be paid for at least 48 hours before shipping. Packing photos are always taken.
In some circumstances we may be able to deliver your gecko closer to you. We travel for work and are happy to arrange a mutually agreeable time and place to meet you and drop off your gecko if we can to ensure its safe arrival. This is on a strictly agreed basis if we are coming to an area closer to you and is not a guaranteed service.
